Also contained in this new image drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying various parts of the land.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
